RPL is an assessment process used by RTOs to evaluate a person's skills, knowledge, and experience gained through working and learning, in Australia or overseas and turn it into a Nationally Recognised Qualification. You may be eligible if you have:

• 3+ years of concrete related experience

• Employed and actively working on a range of concreting projects

• No formal qualifications, but solid hands-on experience

The types of evidence you’ll need to provide will vary depending on the qualification you’re undertaking. However, common examples include:

• Video recordings of you completing tasks on-site

• Time-lapse images capturing stages of your work

• Any relevant certificates you’ve already obtained

• Project management documents demonstrating your involvement
